 I’m Nicole Kimball-Miles, a family nurse practitioner and real estate professional who believes that health and home are deeply connected. Through KC HealthCare at Home, I’m committed to providing compassionate, personalized care that helps individuals feel safe, supported, and comfortable in the place they call home. My healthcare experience allows me to understand each person’s unique needs, while my knowledge of real estate gives me a special appreciation for how a home can support healing, independence, and quality of life.

My Christian faith guides the way I serve—with compassion, integrity, humility, and respect for every individual. I created KC HealthCare at Home to offer trusted care rooted in the belief that every person has value, deserves dignity, and should be treated with kindness. It is my privilege to serve individuals and families with excellence while reflecting God’s love through genuine, heartfelt care.

Need reliable help at home without committing to full-time home care? Our private-pay concierge services provide flexible, personalized support for busy families and individuals. We assist with errands, laundry, light housekeeping, home organization, meal support, appointment coordination, caregiver relief, and other household needs.

Choose one-time, weekly, or monthly support based on your schedule. 

Services start at $35 per hour for recurring clients and $40/hour for one-time clients, with a two-hour minimum. Rates vary based on location, travel, scheduling, and the type of assistance requested.

Take control of your care. Through our CDS program, Medicaid-eligible clients are empowered to hire the caregiver of their choice—including friends or family members. We handle the payroll and support, so you can focus on what matters most: your health and well-being.
